Working together

I work with organizations, associations, and learning communities at moments that call for thoughtful leadership, shared clarity, and meaningful dialogue.

My work is not about delivering programs or prescribing solutions. It is about creating the conditions for people to pause, think well together, and move forward with intention.

Engagements are purposeful, time-bound, and designed to meet the moment.

Keynotes & Panels

Thought-provoking talks that invite reflection and shape how leaders think about impact, change, and care.

My speaking engagements are designed to open space for insight rather than overwhelm. Whether delivered as a keynote or as part of a panel conversation, these sessions help audiences slow down, consider what truly matters, and reconnect with their role as thoughtful leaders.

Topics often explore leadership under pressure, navigating change, sustaining impact, and the human dimensions of organizational life.

Workshop Facilitation

Interactive sessions that help groups pause, align on priorities, and move forward with clarity.

I facilitate workshops for leadership teams, founder groups, and professional communities who need space to think together. These sessions are structured yet flexible, grounded in real organizational context, and focused on strengthening alignment rather than solving every problem in the room.

Workshops are designed to support reflection, shared understanding, and practical next steps without requiring ongoing facilitation.

Panel Moderation & Emceeing

Steady, thoughtful facilitation that connects ideas, elevates voices, and keeps conversations meaningful and on track.

As a moderator and emcee, I help events feel cohesive, purposeful, and human. I bring calm presence, strong listening, and the ability to synthesize perspectives in real time so that conversations resonate beyond the stage.

This work is especially well-suited to conferences, virtual events, and leadership forums where depth and flow matter.

Faculty & Program Partnerships

Collaborative facilitation and curriculum contributions for institutions building leadership capacity and business acumen.

This work often includes partnerships with organizations, professional associations, and coach-led or founder-led programs seeking thoughtful facilitation for their learning communities. My role as faculty, guest facilitator, or program contributor may include designing learning sessions, facilitating workshops, or supporting leadership programs that prioritize thoughtful engagement over performance.

These partnerships are structured, intentional, and aligned with my broader focus on leadership sense-making.

Mentorship for Leaders in Transition

A limited, time-bound mentorship for founders and leaders navigating meaningful change.

This mentorship is designed for individuals who are at a decision point and need space to think clearly, reconnect with their values, and align their next steps. Common contexts include career transitions, shifts in leadership responsibility, or periods of strategic reorientation.

Engagements typically consist of a small number of focused sessions, structured around reflection, sense-making, and clarity rather than advice-giving or coaching.

This work is offered on a selective basis to ensure depth, presence, and fit.

Fundraisers that support women

I also host events as fundraisers for the causes I care about – progress for breast cancer and mentorship for women through Soroptimist International.

The Seasonal Blueprint is an annual workshop that invites leaders and community members to pause, reflect, and realign their priorities. This experience reflects the same facilitative approach used in organizational and leadership settings. Proceeds go to support breast cancer research.

Prioritize Your Priorities is a reflective, interactive workshop designed for organizations and community groups seeking to offer their members a meaningful pause. The session creates a structured, supportive space to reflect on competing commitments, reconnect with their values, and align what matters most, while simultaneously supporting the mission of the host organization through a simple, turnkey fundraising or awareness-building experience.
