At our Region Conference, Brooke facilitated a session for 100 participants, making it extremely interactive and impactful – with the added challenge of an unexpected time crunch. She was completely composed, focussed on participants’ needs and seamlessly adapted the session to the situation and context. Planning with Brooke is a joy. She is always focussed on the desired outcomes and goals, always brings her facilitative self to planning as well as presenting, always ready to pivot if necessary. In a session, she is adept at gathering and responding to needs, questions and comments from all participants, and at connecting the dots from the specific to the general and vice versa.
